Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to assist with daily serving-line setup, food preparation, and quality presentation across multiple sites. The role emphasizes adherence to recipes, temperature control, and HACCP compliance.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and maintain clean, organized work areas while assisting with inventory and customer service responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent ; or education/experience combination
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information to customers and coworkers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and kitchen/cafeteria spaces.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures; keep production records and logs.
