Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; basic writing ability.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification; keep areas clean and organized.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; stock coolers and restock as needed.
• Handle customer monies, ring up sales, and ensure reimbursable meals only.
• Follow HACCP, safety rules, and participate in required trainings.
