Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu and Opaa! recipes, plan ahead for menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and ensure clean cooler/storage areas.
