Staff will follow recipes, maintain HACCP compliance, and keep areas clean while assisting in inventory and basic cashier tasks across multiple California sites. This role offers varied shifts and opportunities to contribute to meal service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow recipes.
• Willingness to work at varied locations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at the proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as required.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow HACCP and daily/weekly safety logs; record temperatures.
• Assist in inventory, restock items, and handle routine cash/register tasks.
