Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plans and recipes, batch cook as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and practice FIFO stock rotation.
• Record production and comply with HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP regulations.
