Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking dependable kitchen staff to support daily operations across locations.

You will assist with set-up of serving lines, food preparation, batch cooking, and serving, ensuring foods are held at correct temperatures and presented appealingly. This on-site role requires adherence to Opaa! recipes, HACCP and HHFKA compliance, accurate daily production records, and safe equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math skills for counts and measurements.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Handle customer monies and operate POS as required.
• Record daily production and assist in compliance with safety procedures.
