Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking flexible kitchen staff to support daily meal service across our operations. The role involves setting up serving lines, preparing foods per the menu, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

The ideal candidate will follow recipes, assist with batch cooking, and help keep the kitchen organized and compliant with HHFKA/CACFP regulations. The position may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; plan ahead for next day's menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow HACCP processes and maintain daily production records.
