Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support operations on an as-needed basis across multiple sites.

The role includes setting up serving lines, ensuring food is held at proper temperatures, and assisting in food preparation per menu plans and Opaa! recipes. Responsibilities include operating common kitchen equipment, maintaining clean work areas, stocking supplies, and presenting food to customers with attention to portion control and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and hold foods at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain FIFO inventory.
• Serve items with proper portions and maintain high food presentation standards.
• Attend required meetings and complete training hours per HHFKA.
