Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support serving lines and food preparation as needed across our operations. The role requires following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Candidates should be able to operate common kitchen equipment, assist with cleaning, and help maintain inventory and records in a fast-paced setting. This position may involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal patterns accurately.
• Basic math for portions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and kitchen/cafeteria spaces.
• Practice FIFO and keep cooler/storage areas clean.
