Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to assist on an as-needed basis across multiple states. You will help set up serving lines, prepare foods per menu and recipes, and maintain proper temperatures while ensuring quality presentation to customers.

The role requires following standardized recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and HACCP guidelines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and enjoy a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks.
• Ability to pass safety and sanitation training as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate equipment with proper certification (slicer, mixer, etc.).
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized; maintain FIFO stock.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present to customers.
• Serve items with correct portions and maintain quality presentation.
