Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support serving lines and food preparation across multiple states. Assist in set-up, food prep, and presentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Must follow recipes, monitor temperatures, and keep work areas and equipment clean and organized. Prioritize FIFO and proper portioning, ensuring a hospitable customer experience in a fast-paced cafeteria environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, and plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and maintain clean, organized work areas.
