Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff on an as-needed basis.

The team supports serving lines, food preparation, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards across multiple locations. Roles involve operating kitchen equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with inventory and meal service. Applicants should be reliable, with a High School Diploma or GED, and comfortable handling cash and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Able to perform essential kitchen staff functions as needed.
• Experience with cash handling and serving line setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure all food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food prep per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; maintain FIFO storage.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas including equipment and dishes.
• Maintain inventory and keep cooler/storage racks clean and debris-free.
• Follow negative HACCP processes and daily safety logs; record temperatures.
• Participate in safety incentives and comply with Opaa! Safety Manual.
