Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks reliable kitchen staff to support serving lines, food prep, and food safety across multiple locations. You will help with setup, temperature control, and preparing baked goods per menu.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, inventory management, daily records, and adherence to HACCP and safety policies. Positions are on an as-needed basis, with pay rates varying by state and role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; FIFO storage practices.
• Prepare baked goods as required by menu and present attractively.
• Requisition food and supplies through Kitchen Manager.
• Follow HACCP and food safety logs; report unsafe conditions.
• Handle customer monies and operate POS as needed.
