Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to the menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintain daily production records and complete paperwork as required.
• Follow HACCP and meal pattern regulations.
