Job summary

Senior TLC Home Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage high-volume participant and caregiver schedules, handle a range of phone inquiries, and perform general administrative tasks in a fast-paced office.

You will be eligible for on-call duties, with reporting to the Home Care Agency Supervisor and compliance with confidentiality and care standards while supporting team operations for elderly clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of employment in an office setting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents Senior TLC Home Care with accurate and comprehensive information as requested by guests, visitors and staff.
• Develops and coordinates participant and employee schedules.
• Confirms time in ADA Care as back-up when needed.
• Ensures appropriate staffing patterns under the direction of the Home Care Agency Supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality and privacy policies and procedures.
• Assists with PTO requests for HCA.
• Participates in on-callduty after-hours and weekends as needed.
