Job summary

Senior TLC is seeking a Home Care Agency Scheduling Coordinator in Dallas to coordinate high-volume participant and caregiver schedules and handle a wide range of phone calls. The role requires strong teamwork, excellent communication, and experience with care for the frail elderly.

The position reports to the Home Care Agency Supervisor and may include on-call after hours and weekends as needed, with strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be knowledgeable in multiline computer operations and phone systems.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.
• At least one year of experience with the frail elderly population.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represents Senior TLC Home Care with accurate information for guests, visitors and staff.
• Develops and coordinates participant and employee schedules.
• Confirms time in ADA Care as back-up when needed.
• Ensures appropriate staffing patterns under the Home Care Agency Supervisor.
• Assists with PTO requests for HCA and quarterly chart audits.
• Receives, investigates and resolves schedule-related grievances.
• Supports mission and values of Senior TLC.
