Job summary

Freedom Village is seeking a Front Desk On Call team member to greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will handle calls, schedule transportation, and support the Concierge department to maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan Chauffeur's License, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. CPR/AED certification may be pursued; computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL preferred but not necessary.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid Michigan Chauffeur's Driver License.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certification.
• Proficiency with various computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Open/close front desk and secure files, keys, and equipment.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments as needed.
• Document messages, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Assist in Concierge operations to ensure safety and smooth daily activity.
