Job summary

Rose Senior Living Carmel is seeking a Front Desk On Call team member to handle calls, assist residents and visitors, maintain a safe environment, and support Concierge operations. The role includes verifying employee and contractor presence, handling payments and reservations, and transporting residents when needed.

Shifts cover 8am–4pm, 4pm–midnight, or midnight–8am, with weekend availability. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid Michigan driver's license, and ability to obtain CPR/AED

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid Michigan Chauffeur's Driver License.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certification.
• Proficient with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist residents, staff, guests and vendors with information and direction.
• Verify scheduled presence of employees and contractors.
• Provide front desk support and Concierge operations as assigned.
• Transport residents to activities/appointments as needed.
• Open/close front desk and secure files, keys, and equipment.
