Vista Springs Living is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Guest Services Associate in Michigan to welcome residents, families and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. You will answer calls, greet entrants, maintain the lobby area, offer beverages, assist with package deliveries, and support daily activities in a supportive assisted living community.

The role requires 16+ age, customer service experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and greet vendors, family members, guests, and community members.
• Maintains a positive and caring attitude and presents a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring.
• Greet people as they enter the building.
• Maintain the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy; wipe counters, tables, and mop the floor.
• Offer coffee and water to guests and community members.
• Assist with delivering packages.
• Assist with activities as needed.
