Job summary

• CDL preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Answers and transfers all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provides information, direction and assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment and verifies scheduled presence of employees and contractors.
• Picks up and delivers residents to activities and appointments as needed.
• Communicates messages and records payments, reservations and cancellations.
• Greets and assists persons entering the Community and supports front desk operations.
