Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office to perform job tasks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation and events; assist with event setup.
