Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks an on-call front desk associate to greet residents and visitors, handle questions, and route calls. You will support emergency communications, monitor safety systems, and manage resident lists with accuracy. Flex hours vary by scheduling needs, including nights/weekends/holidays.

This role requires receptionist experience, excellent verbal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced community setting. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors and staff.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in incidents.
• Maintain census information and list of residents away/returning.
• Log packages and manage mail distribution daily.
