Job summary

Era Living is seeking an on-call Receptionist for The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA. Availability Thursday through Sunday for day (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and swing (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) shifts is required.

You will answer phones, greet visitors and residents, and perform clerical tasks while ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential; First Aid/ CPR certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6 months of reception experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls
• Greet visitors and residents and guide them appropriately
• Ensure that front desk standards are followed
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Complete clerical support duties when assigned
