Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track census information, hospitalizations and resident status.
• Log packages and notify residents for pickups; manage inter-office mail.
