Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting required.
• Experience with industrial printing/packaging equipment preferred.
• Read and follow procedures/diagrams accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial products including printing and packaging equipment, cash recycling, and robotics.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Foster positive customer relations and communicate effectively.
• Act as liaison between customer and other departments/functions.
• On-call availability for emergencies as needed.
