Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong electronics and mechanical background with debugging skills.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Ability to read procedures and diagrams.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial products including printing and packaging equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Provide effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be on-call for emergency support as needed.
