Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including email, time-entry, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet company standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and complete work orders within 48 hours.
