Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders and ensure 48-hour completion.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and parts.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on maintenance projects.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
