Marsden Services seeks a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks at the Cleveland, OH site. You will manage work orders, assist with HVAC and electrical tasks, and prepare vacant units while coordinating with vendors and residents.

The role requires on-call availability, training participation, and adherence to safety guidelines. A 2-year technical degree and prior multi-family maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry in Office products.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Assist in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and fixtures repairs.
• Prepare vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Support on-call maintenance and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
