Marsden Services, L.L.C. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician Level II/III in Boston, MA. The role completes building repairs, supports preventive maintenance, and communicates with residents and vendors. Shifts are 9am–3pm, 30 hours/week, with a $75 deployment bonus per paid shift when deployed.

Requires high school or equivalent, a 2-year technical degree or related experience, and up to four years in multi-family or commercial maintenance. On-site work and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including email, time tracking, and Excel.
• Boilers license levels accepted and preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools listed in the posting.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure property and grounds meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and ensure 48-hour turnaround on all work orders.
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
• Train and mentor new maintenance technicians.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Attend required training and keep certifications current.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, vendors, and staff.
