Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to perform installation, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance across our properties in the Twin Cities area.

Responsibilities include completing work orders within 48 hours and coordinating with vendor teams. This full-time role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy objects; on-call, weekend shifts, and occasional overtime

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate computer skills: emails and data entry in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Assist in training maintenance technicians and collaborate with vendors.
• Ensure safety policies and proper tool handling are followed.
