Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to join our Twin Cities team. You will perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to uphold company standards and safety guidelines.

The role is full-time with shifts Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm, rotating weekends, some evenings, and occasional overtime. A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Perform basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, fixtures, appliances, and window repairs.
