Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to perform maintenance, repairs, and unit prep across properties. You will work 25 hours weekly on a 10am-3pm shift, with a $75 deployment bonus for each deployed paid shift. Responsibilities include responsive communication with residents, vendors, and management.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, safety compliance, and ability to work in a team; on-call availability and training are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance experience required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills: email, timekeeping, data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to uphold standards and comply with laws.
• Schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and maintaining buildings and equipment.
• Conduct site-level preventive maintenance inspections and duties.
