Marsden Services in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to perform a range of building repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit preparations. This on-site role requires coordinating with residents, vendors, and management to keep properties up to code and well-maintained.

The position offers a structured on-call schedule, training opportunities, and a deployment bonus of $75 per paid shift when deployed.

Formación

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office and data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication with residents and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure completion of work orders within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing and windows.
• Work with vendor teams on maintenance projects and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled and assist training of new technicians.
