Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent; four years in multi-family or commercial maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry in an internet-based system.
• Boilers license levels accepted and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive work to meet standards and legal requirements.
• Schedule, prioritize, and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Carry out HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and window repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and train new maintenance technicians.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; ensure safety and professionalism.
