Job summary

Qualifications

Fair Housing Certification required within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management on completion.
Care for daily repair and upkeep of the community.
Prepare vacant units with routine maintenance before new residents move in.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Keep work areas and tools clean and in good condition.
Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Be available to work on an on-call basis.
