Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs and related tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management on completion or backorders.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies; maintain professional appearance.
