Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property buildings and grounds in excellent condition. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues, perform routine preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests promptly.

This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring safety-conscious workmanship and reliable teamwork. Qualifications include a High school diploma or GED (or 1–3 years related experience), HVAC cert preferred, CAMT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended. Fair Housing Certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion or delays due to back-ordered supplies.
• Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the community and/or company.
• Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organized.
