Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders promptly and update management on completion or delays.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and prep vacant units prior to occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure tools are kept in good condition.
