Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain property buildings and grounds, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.

Responsibilities include responding to resident work orders, performing routine unit maintenance, preserving tools and supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on a daily basis. This role requires on-call availability and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals; basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to use PPE and follow safety policies; able to work on an on-call basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident work orders and notify management when completed or back-ordered.
• Maintain and inventory tools and supplies, keep work area clean and safe.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy with routine maintenance.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Possess a professional appearance and courteous service at all times.
