Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond promptly to resident work order requests and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Keep work area and tools clean and organized; maintain company tools.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior; uphold company policies.
• Operate in accordance with OSHA standards and safety policies.
