Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel environment. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, on-site coordination, and timely equipment readiness for events.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prefer an associate's degree, with at least one year in customer service or hospitality. A valid driver’s license may be required for potential vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceeds expectations of internal and external customers and maintains client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoots equipment and software issues with basic technical ability and urgency.
• Completes systems entry, paperwork, and uses Navigator for order management and invoicing.
