Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic/small-scale audiovisual systems in a hotel environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction on site. The role reports to Operations leadership and requires a High School Diploma with preferred AV experience.

1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, along with AV experience or equivalent. A valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicle operation, and DOT requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed.
• Strive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
• Understand and follow company processes and complete paperwork accurately.
• Interact with staff and vendors for equipment and invoicing as needed.
