Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice is seeking a Technician to provide emergency restoration services on residential and commercial sites. The role focuses on water, fire, and mold remediation, plus carpet cleaning, with duties assigned by the Crew Chief/Manager.

The Technician will excel in customer service, work with various cleaning technologies, and maintain equipment and safety protocols while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water/fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic data entry and inventory knowledge using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration/remediation and cleaning as directed by Crew Chief/Manager.
• Carry out water extraction, contents pack-out, and debris disposal as needed.
• Set up and monitor air movers/dehumidifiers; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Communicate project status and safety concerns to supervisors.
