Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice seeks a Technician to provide emergency restoration services for residential and commercial sites. You will specialize in water and/or fire restoration, mold remediation, or carpet cleaning, completing projects on schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Roles require the ability to perform water extraction, content pack-out, and general cleaning with supervision. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential for on-call emergencies and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Restoration/remediation and cleaning as directed by Crew Chief or Manager.
• Perform water/fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning on projects.
• Set up and monitor equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers and track water losses.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain equipment and supplies.
