Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to help restore properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other events. You will assess damage, plan restoration steps, and work with clients and team members to deliver high-quality results and customer care.

You will frequently travel to active job sites, follow safety protocols, and use specialized equipment to complete restoration tasks in various conditions. A valid driver’s license and teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration scope.
• Perform tasks related to water extraction, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and structural drying.
• Use specialized equipment and tools to carry out restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document the restoration process, including damage assessments, work performed, and reporting information for insurance purposes.
• Communicate with clients to explain the restoration process and address questions or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies for high quality and safety.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
