Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice in Iowa City is seeking a Technician to provide emergency and disaster restoration services across residential and commercial sites. You will specialize in water and/or fire restoration, mold remediation, or carpet cleaning, and complete projects promptly while delivering excellent customer service.

You will follow supervisor guidance, operate equipment, manage inventory, and be on-call one week per month for emergencies; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and/or fire restoration, mold remediation, or carpet cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel to enter inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Restoration/Remediation and Cleaning as directed.
• Perform water/fire/smoke restoration and mold remediation tasks.
• Set up and monitor air movers/dehumidifiers; maintain equipment.
