Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice in Minnesota seeks a skilled Technician to provide emergency and disaster restoration services at residential and commercial sites. You may focus on water and/or fire restoration, mold remediation, or carpet cleaning, delivering timely results and outstanding customer service.

You will work under a Crew Chief or Area Manager, ensuring safety, proper equipment use, and clear communication of project status to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and fire restoration preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel for inventory data.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration, remediation and cleaning as directed by Crew Chief/Manager.
• Carry out water extraction, packing out contents and disposal of non-salvageable materials.
• Set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers; maintain equipment.
• Maintain inventory of property cleaned and returned to site.
• May serve as designated driver for company vehicles.
• Uphold safety rules and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
