Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice is seeking a Technician to perform water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning on residential and commercial sites. You will manage setup, monitor equipment, and ensure timely project completion while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and good communication. You may be scheduled for on-call emergencies and must follow safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience or certifications in restoration, mold remediation, or carpet cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Excel for inventory data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform water/fire/smoke restoration and cleaning as directed.
• Set up dehumidifiers and monitor water losses.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; return tools after job.
• Communicate project status to customers throughout the project.
• Designated driver for company vehicles as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and complete projects on time.
