WSP USA is seeking On Call Emergency Management Specialists, Recovery to support disaster recovery operations across the United States. These on-call, project-based roles require deployment to client sites with 24-48 hours' notice and travel to multiple states including SC, FL, TX, CA, and others.

Selected candidates will support recovery activities in all phases, including logistics, documentation, funding, and compliance with federal, state, and local programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 7 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in Emergency Management (Response, Recovery or related).
• Broad knowledge of Emergency Management principles, methods and techniques.
• Travel required; able to travel to client sites.
• FEMA EMI Independent Study - Professional Development Series certification.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients through all phases of disaster recovery, providing technical assistance.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Centers or Field Staging Areas to support recovery operations.
• Perform recovery functions including logistics, supply coordination, and cost documentation.
• Analyze project applications, documentation, and reports for compliance with FEMA/HUD programs.
• Manage recovery projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of procurement, contracting, and grant compliance.
